With a freezing capacity of 400 tonnes/month, the new production plant marks the beginning of a careful process during which temperature is controlled throughout processing and packaging, as well as during transportation via the company's large fleet of vehicles. The new facilities have also enabled health and safety checks to be updated. These checks are rigorously carried out by a team of professional experts. Our global position is supported by our purchasing offices located in different countries, such as Vietnam, China, India, Chile, Mexico or Peru. This structure allows Froxá to access any type of seafood while ensuring its quality at all times. Convenient, attractively presented and easy to use, Froxá's fish, seafood, prepared and precooked food products reach your kitchen carrying the unmistakable quality stamp and a taste enjoyed by all. **Main Responsibilities:** * Order tracking, document control and resolution of supplier incidents. * Coordination with Quality, Production and Logistics departments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and delivery deadlines. * Management and preparation of import documentation, including contracts, invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin. * Coordination with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure proper clearance of goods. * Collaboration with international suppliers for shipment planning, order tracking and incident resolution. * Processing and monitoring of letters of credit and other international payment instruments. * Exploration of new markets and alternative supply sources. * Maintenance and updating of the international supplier database. * Support in defining purchasing strategies and cost optimization. **Requirements:** * Degree in International Trade, Business Administration or similar field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or agri-food sector. * Advanced level of English (B2). * Knowledge of international purchasing management, incoterms, customs and logistics. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Strong negotiation, analytical and results-oriented skills. **What We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing company within the food industry. * Dynamic and international work environment. * Real opportunities for professional development. * Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
