We are looking for a responsible, bold, proactive, and committed individual eager to learn, who enjoys challenges, is accustomed to teamwork, and is available to travel. You will join a young, multidisciplinary team with an excellent working atmosphere. **What profile are we seeking?** * Education: Medium or higher university degree. * Experience and knowledge: Technical background in components/processes within manufacturing and/or design environments; project management experience; strong understanding of industrial management and industrialization processes. * Languages: Very high level of English. Soft Skills: Teamwork, proactivity, boldness, commitment, decision-making ability, customer orientation, and goal achievement. * **This position may interest you if…** - You enjoy challenges and decision-making. - You are motivated to significantly develop your project management expertise, as well as broaden the technical knowledge required for this role. **What knowledge will you develop?** You will work closely with a strategic, multidisciplinary team essential to the company, enabling you to grow and train in project management and leadership. **What are your main responsibilities?** * Lead the transition from product development to industrialization. * Represent the organization on the program team. * Define and execute Project Plans and intermediate milestones across the entire LNP (Lost-Wax Investment Casting) process at ITP Aero Castings. * Promote alignment between customer specifications and our process capabilities. * Define, agree upon, and plan personnel requirements with section heads (Product Managers / Section Managers). * Define, agree upon, and plan expenditure and investment needs for components. Manage and plan operational activities and various iterations of end-of-period forecasts. * Deploy agreed-upon project plans to the project team in PO (Project Office). Monitor progress status and prioritize tasks. Drive cross-functional activities. * Report progress and status—regarding schedule, cost, and quality—to the Program Team for all project components. * Plan and manage scope changes. * Participate in reviews of the Business Case, Business Plan, and product-level unit economics. * Act as PPAP Coordinator with the customer. **Who will you work with?** You will report hierarchically to the Director of Engineering of the Castings UO and functionally to the Chief Engineer at the technical level and to the Program Director of the Business Unit. You will collaborate with the Change Control Board and the Investment Approval Committee.
