Facing a context of strong growth in the data center industry, we seek to strengthen our team of professionals to develop various projects both within and outside Spain. Currently, we require a Structural Engineer based in Madrid, reporting to the head of the architecture department. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Ability to structurally analyze solutions for evaluation and optimization during design processes. * Development of structural models, calculations, reports, and specifications. * Management and control of structural design processes carried out by external consultants, coordinated with other disciplines. * Support the development of drawings and BIM models. * Work autonomously within established procedures and practices in the field of structures. * Coordinate and lead design teams focused on structural engineering design. * Ensure compliance with project objectives, milestones, and technical budgets. * Prepare deliveries for complex projects using a team of technical and support staff, supervising and guiding less experienced personnel. * Ability to interact directly with clients and structural engineering professionals. * Resolve contingencies that may arise during construction requiring the involvement of the Construction Manager. * Review and approve, as part of the Construction Manager role, modifications and requirements arising during construction. * Coordination and review of contractor documentation. **How will you do it?** You will become part of a team composed of professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and varied experiences, allowing you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective.
