Our early specialization and continuous commitment to adopting technological advancements have made us an internationally recognized company for the talent, quality, and innovation of each of our projects. ***We design today the data centers of the future.*** Right now, we want to keep growing, and therefore we present our next opening within our Architecture department. **What will your responsibilities be?** * PLANNING * Receive the task list from the design lead and address them according to project standards. * Identify modeling issues, assess their impact on project planning, and report them to the project manager. 2\. \- PRODUCTION * Create and develop the BIM model based on information and documents provided by the design team. * Create families and different elements that make up the models. * Perform required modeling tasks to meet deliverable requirements. associated with various project phases and incorporate technical information into the model. * Generate and issue project documents from the model \[drawings], including legends and construction details. 3\. \- COMMUNICATION * Coordinate with other members of the BIM team to ensure consistency of the model and project documentation. 4\. \- QUALITY * Resolve assigned interference issues **How will you do it?** You will become part of a team composed of professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and varied experiences, which will allow you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective. At the same time, we have a Development Program focused on mentoring for these roles, so that in the short to medium term, you can perform your duties and lead your projects autonomously. **What do you need to fit the role?** * At least 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for architecture, building envelopes, finishes, and final treatments is required. * Experience in creating and issuing architectural drawings from the model. * Training courses and certification programs in BIM software. * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit modeling software. * Knowledge of tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD... * Ability to create and develop BIM models following established standards and guidelines. * Understanding of technical and construction aspects of construction projects.
