About the Role We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Pontevedra in a part-time position (20 hours/week). This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of physical and digital inventories, managing stock reconciliation processes, controlling material receipts and dispatches, and maintaining data integrity in SAP and other operational systems. It also plays a key role in warehouse organization and in preparing and dispatching products to support daily business operations. The position combines administrative and operational activities, including receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching materials, while consistently meeting Orica’s safety, quality, and efficiency standards. What You’ll Do * Manage the reconciliation process for raw materials and finished goods inventories. * Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare corresponding reports. * Ensure physical and digital stock records reflect accurate and up-to-date information. * Manage inventory movements in SAP and other management systems, including material receipts, dispatches, and transfers. * Maintain accuracy of master data related to products and materials. * Use scanning systems and stock control tools to ensure product traceability. * Prepare products and orders for dispatch. * Receive, unload, load, and store materials safely and efficiently. * Organize and maintain the warehouse in optimal condition, ensuring correct material location and control. * Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, where applicable. * Participate in physical inventory counts and stock audits. * Keep inventory management procedures and documentation up to date. * Support operational systems and management tools used by the business. * Prepare and submit reports related to inventory and material movements. * Collaborate with internal teams and respond to inquiries regarding orders, inventory, and operations. * Strictly comply with Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (SHES) procedures. What You’ll Bring * Compulsory secondary education, high school diploma, or equivalent qualification. * Prior experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics, or similar operational environments. * Experience using SAP or other ERP systems for inventory and stock management. * Computer literacy and ability to work with digital management tools. * Experience controlling product receipts and dispatches using scanning or traceability systems. * Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and internal teams. * Good writing skills and report preparation capability. * Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Commitment to complying with procedures and safety standards. * Good physical condition to perform manual handling of loads and materials. * Flexibility to adapt to operational business needs, including start times as early as 06:00 and possible ad-hoc adjustments based on workload volume. * Forklift certification or experience will be viewed favorably; training may be provided by the company. * Willingness to receive training and continue developing knowledge and skills. * Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHES) principles.
