




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in administrative tasks, including insurance, accounting, collections/payments management, and general administration. Full-time position with morning and afternoon shifts, and intensive Fridays. **Administrative Assistant** We are looking for a candidate with administrative experience to join our team. A wide range of functions are carried out in property owners’ community management, including: * **Insurance**: Insurance contracting and claims processing. * **Accounting**: Invoice recording, expense settlements, invoicing, chart of accounts, and financial statement closing. * **Collections and payments management for suppliers.** * **Collections and debt recovery from clients.** * **Website management** * **General administration**: drafting minutes, communications, sending and distributing correspondence to communities, envelope stuffing, archive management, liaison with official bodies, etc. Working Hours: Mon–Thu: Morning and afternoon shifts / Fri: Morning shift Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: €16,000.00–€19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Intensive working hours on Fridays Experience: * Accounting: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
