Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in administrative management to handle the pool of packagers, generate reports, manage stock, and provide customer service, possessing strong organizational and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join a team in Parla, Madrid. Main responsibilities will include administrative handling of the pool of packagers, with regular use of tools such as Excel, Navision, and internal systems. The role involves entering and tracking reports, as well as sending reporting to clients. The candidate will also participate in inventory adjustments, stock control, and complaint management, maintaining daily telephone contact. Issuing and updating control reports, supporting supply planning for customers, tracking orders, and resolving incidents will be required. Collaboration on developing the weekly plan, including adjustments based on daily counts, is expected. Occasional travel—approximately 10 days per year—for physical inventories and other departmental tasks may be required. Professional training in Administration or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with advanced Excel proficiency and a high level of Office suite competence. Experience with Navision and databases is considered an advantage. Excellent communication skills—particularly by telephone—as well as flexibility, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are expected. A medium level of English proficiency and willingness to travel are required.
