




Job Summary: Operator responsible for maintaining, monitoring, supervising, and operating industrial boilers, ensuring their proper functioning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Promote equal opportunities and non-discrimination. **POSITION AND DEPARTMENT** * Reports to the Operations Team Leader. * Plant Operator. * No team supervision required. **FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain, monitor, supervise, and operate industrial boilers; control the proper functioning of the entire installation. * Operate and supervise the correct startup of the boiler. * Keep the installation operational and in proper cleaning condition; perform controls and preventive and corrective maintenance on the installation. * Detect failures in boilers and auxiliary units/equipment, and implement necessary actions to resolve them. * Execute and complete work orders according to established priorities—balancing emergency requests and scheduled tasks—following defined procedures and instructions. * Clean and organize equipment and installations after maintenance tasks are completed. * Report any incident or accident to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with all applicable safety, quality, and environmental processes, instructions, and regulations related to the position. * Requirement: Valid boiler operator license, forklift and elevated platform operator licenses. * Record and maintain up-to-date all related and generated documentation. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Positive working environment. * Contract type: Permanent. * Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. * Schedule: Rotating shifts. * On-site work mode. * Collective Agreement: Metal Industry Collective Agreement for Cuenca Province. * Category/Group/Level: As per collective agreement. * Vacation days: As per collective agreement. * Life and accident insurance: As per applicable collective agreement and company-provided conditions at the time. * Start date: Immediate. * Workplace: Tarancón. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * **Education**: Vocational Training in Electricity, Electromechanics, Maintenance, Refrigeration/Heating, or Equivalent Professional Certification.
