DESCRIPTION Audal is seeking a **Backhoe Loader Operator** with proven experience in operating heavy machinery. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating backhoe loaders across various projects, ensuring proper execution of assigned tasks and compliance with established safety standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Safe and efficient operation of backhoe loaders on construction sites. * Execution of excavations, earthmoving, and leveling tasks. * Collaboration with the construction team and adherence to the site supervisor's instructions. * Compliance with safety protocols and applicable regulations. ### **Offered** * Immediate hiring REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Valid C+E driving license. * Certificate or operator's license for earthmoving machinery. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience operating backhoe loaders. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention applied to heavy machinery. * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in civil works, urban development, or industrial environments. * Additional PRL training (20h or 60h). * Availability for travel and shift work.
