A degree in Civil Engineering (Public Works), Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent is required. Knowledge or experience in studies departments and tender processes is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, TCQ, PRESTO, AUTOCAD, and BIM is required. Ability to work under pressure, both in teams and independently; versatile profile. Working hours: Flexible within the timeframe 7:30–19:30 h. (30% remote work). Familiarity with SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and 3D infographic development is an advantage. Analysis of technical and administrative tender documents; project documentation: Preparation and drafting of documentation required for tenders. Budgeting, measurements, and breakdown of budget items. Cost analysis, margin control, and economic optimization. Evaluation of technical and economic optimization of projects: Proposal of technical solutions.
