Food Quality Technician **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform quality controls on raw materials, packaging, and finished products, ensuring compliance with the quality management system. * Ensure proper implementation of the Quality Control Plan, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols. * Conduct internal process and product audits and support external audits. * Manage non-conformities and assist in implementing and monitoring corrective actions. * Collaborate in handling customer and supplier complaints. * Maintain up-to-date quality documentation and records. * Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure quality throughout the manufacturing process. * Participate in the implementation and use of tools from the Corporate Operating Model (OPS). * Deliver basic training on quality procedures and good practices. * Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations. **Profile:** * Technical education in food science, chemistry, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience in quality roles with responsibilities similar to those described. * Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and GMP. * Experience with SAP and intermediate English proficiency are desirable. * Organized, rigorous, proactive, and possessing strong communication skills. **What We Offer:** **Permanent contract:** We commit to long-term employment relationships.
