Tasks include attending to visitors, providing information about the natural and cultural heritage of the town and its surrounding area, promoting the destination, managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, and X), handling reservations, collecting statistics, preparing promotional materials, and promoting local products and services. The role also involves processing public grants and subsidies, justifying their use, coordinating with other information points and provincial tourism offices, signing collaboration agreements, supporting the Medieval Festival, and conducting guided tours of the urban ensemble. A temporary employment contract of approximately 90 days is offered, full-time, with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–18:00, and on Sundays from 10:00–14:00\. The monthly salary is 1541 euros.
