We are looking for an Architect / Engineer for a major food industry company located in Lorca, Murcia. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** The incumbent is primarily responsible for the following functions: * Overseeing the physical execution of the construction project and ensuring quantitative and qualitative compliance with the contract. * Project design. * Responsibility for new projects. * Monitoring and controlling the construction work, reporting to the Procurement Manager’s Assistant and the Project Manager. * Preparing comparative analyses of budgets assigned to the construction project. * Supplier selection. * Oversight of construction certificates. * Designing and defining projects to be executed up to completion of civil works. * Budget and construction certification control. * Oversight of construction work to be carried out. * Planning the construction work and monitoring its execution to prevent deviations in both time and cost. * Reporting to the department coordinator. **REQUIREMENTS** * Academic qualification: Technical Architect / Engineer. * At least 3 years’ experience in construction management and design roles is preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * AutoCAD. * Presto. * Advanced training in Occupational Risk Prevention, preferably a Master’s degree. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Demonstrated logical organization and initiative. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Proven competencies in maintenance. * Proven competencies in installation. **WHAT DOES THE COMPANY OFFER?** * Professional development. * Competitive salary, based on experience provided. * Company vehicle and per diems for non-recurring site visits. * Flexible working hours (08–19h), adjusted according to start time and lunch break duration. * Intensive Friday schedule year-round (08–14:30h). * From 15/06 to 31/08, intensive schedule every other week, Monday through Friday.
