Our Spanish programme has grown rapidly, and we are now seeking an outstanding Spanish Teacher to take this department to the next stage of excellence. **Role Summary** We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging Spanish Teacher to teach KS3, iGCSE, and (optionally) A\-Level Spanish to small online classes of motivated students. The ideal candidate will deliver high\-quality lessons, support individual student progress, and contribute to an exceptional learning experience aligned with MEO’s unique educational philosophy and ethos. **Key Responsibilities** **Teaching \& Learning** \- Deliver live, interactive Spanish lessons online in accordance with the British curriculum (KS3 \& iGCSE). \- Prepare and teach well\-structured, engaging lessons that integrate MEO’s values. \- Ensure lessons maximise student participation and speaking practice. \- Differentiate teaching to meet varied ability levels. \- Set, mark, and provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments. \- Prepare students effectively for examinations. **Student Support \& Progress** \- Monitor individual student progress and implement support strategies. \- Provide personalised feedback that motivates and guides students. \- Communicate clearly with students and parents. \- Identify and support students requiring additional help. **Curriculum \& Programme Developmen**t \- Contribute to the refinement of the Spanish curriculum. \- Develop and update lesson resources and revision materials. \- Collaborate with academic leadership on curriculum alignment. \- Embed culture, creativity, and real\-life application. **Professional Conduct \& Collaboration** \- Maintain high professional standards in punctuality, preparation, and safeguarding. \- Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership. \- Participate in departmental meetings, CPD, and initiatives. \- Uphold the ethos and values of My Education Online. **Administrative Duties** \- Maintain accurate registers, assessment records, and reports. \- Submit grades and documentation within deadlines. \- Support exam administration processes. \- Organise teaching resources and digital materials. **Required Skills \& Experience** \- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Education, or related field. \- Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). \- Experience teaching Spanish at KS3/iGCSE; A\-Level preferred. \- Strong understanding of online pedagogy. \- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness. \- Ability to inspire and motivate students online. \- Competence with EdTech tools. **Personal Qualities** \- Warm, patient, and student\-centred. \- Highly organised and reliable. \- Creative thinker committed to improvement. \- Reflective and growth\-oriented. \- Able to build rapport and inspire excellence. **Why Join MEO?** \- Small class sizes (6–8 students max). \- Innovative and supportive school culture. \- Professional development opportunities. \- Mission\-driven environment focused on real education. \- Opportunity to elevate a thriving department **Renumeration** £18 an hour Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 18\.00€ per hour Work Location: Remote
