This position will interest you! **What will be your mission?** Join the project team to collaborate on the implementation of GoAigua Solutions at Idrica’s customers. **What will be your responsibilities?** **Development and Programming** * Participate in code design according to the project’s technical specifications and the organization’s defined standards. * Participate in ETL design, analyzing data sources and the customer’s specific use cases to ensure effective data integration. * Collaborate on developing parsers for IoT devices (e.g., remote-read meters) and APIs related to product implementation. **Testing and Quality** * Execute technical and functional test plans to ensure the quality of the developed software and its integration into implementations. * Analyze and resolve technical issues detected during testing and implementation. * Comply punctually with the organization’s defined methodologies and processes, including quality, environmental, occupational health and safety (OH&S), and information security regulations. **Project Management** * Ensure adherence to project schedules, demonstrating initiative in case of deviations. * Report task status to the team leader, analyst, or project manager, highlighting progress, obstacles, and potential solutions. * Collaborate in defining technical solutions for product requirements at the interface between implementation and development. **Documentation and Training** * Draft and contribute to user manuals, administrator guides, and technical documentation required for implementations. * Train and support other teams and implementers to ensure cross-functional knowledge of the product and its data model. **Support and Problem Resolution** * Resolve queries and incidents arising during implementations and in the customer support phase. * Collaborate in analyzing technical problems at the implementation–product interface, proposing technical and functional solutions. **Innovation and Continuous Improvement** * Propose improvements to development and implementation processes, both methodological and technological. * Consolidate and deepen expertise in assigned technologies, obtaining certifications and learning new relevant technologies for the role. **Collaboration and Teamwork** * Work collaboratively with other developers and implementers, fostering an environment of cooperation, debate, and mutual support. * Actively participate in launching the systems and solutions developed, closely collaborating with the product and implementation teams. **Product Knowledge** * Gain in-depth knowledge of the software’s data model and functionalities, ensuring optimal technical and business understanding for implementations. * Design and execute implementation plans meeting the customer’s functional and technical requirements. **What will make you succeed in this position?** * Sufficient experience to operate autonomously in your day-to-day work. * Ability to hold fluent conversations in English, as you’ll work with teams from different countries and meetings as well as written communication may be conducted in English. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * University degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or related fields. * Experience with SQL, Java/C/Python programming.
