




Position Summary: We are seeking a candidate for administrative support tasks, including managing telephone and in-person customer and supplier interactions, logistics, invoice registration, bank reconciliation, basic accounting, as well as support in dealings with public agencies and database management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages telephone and in-person customer and supplier support. 2. Performs logistics tasks, invoice registration, and bank reconciliation. 3. Provides support in dealings with public agencies and data entry. We are looking for a person to perform administrative support tasks in Avilés (Asturias). The role involves managing telephone and in-person interactions with both customers and suppliers. Daily responsibilities include logistics tasks, invoice registration, bank reconciliation, and basic financial accounting. Additionally, support is required in dealings with public agencies and accurate data entry into the company's databases. To qualify for this position, it is mandatory to hold a disability certificate of at least 33% or have been granted permanent total disability compatible with these duties. A full-time temporary employment contract is offered. Working hours will be agreed directly with the company, and salary conditions will comply with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
