What we are looking for * In-person and telephone customer service. * Receiving and controlling visitor and employee access using access lists. * Collecting and dispatching correspondence. * Creating a welcoming environment by cordially and professionally receiving, informing, and guiding visitors, employees, and suppliers. * Administrative duties related to the reception role. * Relevant training is valued. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and administration. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
