**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Architect or Master's Degree in Architecture \- Construction Projects in Granada **Workplace** -------------------- * Granada **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Construction Execution and Supervision. * Monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and Waste Management Plan. * Coordination with Collaborating Companies, Subcontractors, and Suppliers. * Quantity Surveying. * Monitoring and Control of Delivery Notes. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture or a University Master's Degree in Architecture (MECES 3\) (degree recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training (60 hours) (Such training must be documented upon submission of the application) ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months up to 1 year of experience in construction execution. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Documented training or experience in computer tools, Presto, AutoCAD and/or GIS (Attach documentation and specify in CV) **Observations** ----------------- * A fixed-term contract of approximately 4 months is offered, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months, if applicable. + Full-time working schedule.
