ACCIONA requires a Civil Engineer for its Madrid office, within the Engineering and Bidding area of the Energy Division. Position Description Civil Engineer to join our engineering team in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and review detailed civil designs for wind and solar projects, including access roads, foundations, drainage systems, and earthworks. * Perform hydrological and hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS or similar software. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, geotechnical, and environmental) to ensure integrated project execution. * Conduct site visits to assess terrain conditions, validate designs, and support construction teams. * Optimize designs with respect to cost, constructability, and environmental impact. Candidate Requirements Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in civil design for renewable energy projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and other relevant civil engineering software. * Solid knowledge of geotechnical, hydrological, and structural principles. * Experience working with international design standards and permitting processes. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
