We are looking for: **Azure DevOps Engineer** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement Azure-based solutions for highly complex global environments. * Manage infrastructure via Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and automation best practices. * Participate in migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives toward Azure. * Operate and enhance the Santander Group’s global Azure platform in collaboration with international teams. * Implement and ensure compliance with security, availability, and Group-wide standards. * Advise Group entities on the design, adoption, and operation of Azure-based solutions. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * 3 years of experience working with Azure in complex, large-scale environments. * Experience with Azure Networking (at least 3\): Virtual Networks, route tables, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall. * Experience with Azure Security Services (at least 3\): Azure Bastion, NSG, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policies, IAM. * Experience with Azure monitoring (at least 2\): Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Diagnostic Settings, Managed Grafana, Network Watcher. * Solid hands-on experience with IaC using Terraform. * Knowledge of CI/CD solutions (Terraform Enterprise, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or others). * GitHub for repositories, version control, and automations. * Basic Python knowledge for interacting with Azure APIs. * Experience operating complex, distributed Azure platforms. * Intermediate/advanced English (minimum B2\). * Important: Candidates primarily focused on containers (Docker/Kubernetes) will not be considered, as the focus is on Azure and cloud-native technologies. **Desirable:** * Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell, ARM, Bicep or Ansible. * Experience in cloud cost optimization. * Knowledge of other cloud providers (AWS). * Familiarity with additional monitoring tools. * Knowledge of Azure native cloud services: Functions, Event Hub, Load Balancers, Key Vault, AKS, Storage Accounts, among others. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options. * Customized career path and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with a high technical component. * Flexible working hours and emphasis on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram: @NEORIS.
