We seek an experienced administrative support professional to join our team in A Coruña. Main responsibilities will include managing incoming communications via telephone and email, as well as handling and organizing all correspondence and documentation related to the various programs we participate in. Responsibilities will cover classification, archiving, and maintaining up-to-date physical and digital records. The role also includes creating and updating databases, supporting invoice preparation, managing purchase orders, and controlling expenses. Additionally, the candidate will handle procedures for setting up, modifying, and terminating utility services, depositing security deposits, and tracking contract expiration dates. This position offers a part-time schedule of 35 weekly hours, scheduled Monday through Friday during the morning shift, with flexible hours between 08:00 and 15:00, including legally mandated breaks. Ability to provide technical support for public information dissemination and website management, among other duties related to the position, will be valued. * Prior experience in a similar role. * We seek a dynamic individual with strong communication skills. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. * \- Proficiency in spoken and written Galician. * GM Administration or equivalent. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
