Job Summary: We are seeking a team leader to organize and supervise daily operations at a production plant, ensuring achievement of targets and effective incident management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and team organization in industrial environments 2. Supervision of operations and assurance of production targets 3. Incident management and interdepartmental coordination We are looking for a candidate to organize daily work at the production plant in Tineo. Main responsibilities include assigning tasks, positions, and machines to shift personnel, as well as reorganizing the team in response to incidents, absences, or production changes. You will also supervise production line operations, ensure achievement of production, quality, and timing targets, and identify technical incidents to coordinate their resolution with other teams. At least one year of experience in industrial or production environments is required, along with prior experience managing teams on-site. A Higher Vocational Training qualification is mandatory; qualifications in industrial or food-related fields are especially valued. Candidates must demonstrate leadership ability, team organization skills, quick decision-making, resilience under pressure, and the ability to coordinate across departments such as production, maintenance, and cleaning. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are essential. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00 and salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
