Duties include serving customers both in person and by telephone, managing incidents and complaints, handling documentation, and performing other duties inherent to the position. This is a full-time position, with 40 working hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday during morning shifts from 09:00 to 15:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role. * Customer-oriented individual required. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Vocational Training Certificate in Administrative Management
