Logistics Management and Coordination** * Coordinate special transports, exceptional movements, and complex logistics operations at national and international levels. * Track operations until their proper completion. * Coordinate transportation providers to ensure adherence to deadlines, service quality, and planned costs. * Collaborate with various departments of the company to ensure correct execution of logistics movements. ### **2\. Document Management and Administrative Support** * Manage documentation required for executing national and international logistics operations. * Verify correct receipt, classification, and retention of operational documentation. * Ensure documentary traceability of processes under your responsibility. * Create and maintain up-to-date driver profiles in the Logistics App and other internal systems. * Manage and process legal and administrative documentation required for vehicle circulation and operation. * Collaborate in internal and external audits related to the area. ### **3\. Economic Control and Cost Monitoring** * Monitor and record transportation-related expenses, ensuring budget compliance and resource optimization. * Review and reconcile invoices from transportation providers. * Prepare periodic reports on logistics and transportation management, including performance indicators, incidents, and improvement proposals. ### **4\. Data Quality and System Support** * Maintain and update operational databases related to logistics and fleet. * Manage updates of parameters and configurations affecting corporate applications. * Collaborate in digitalization and process automation initiatives.
