You will be responsible for analyzing projects and preparing technical-economic tenders. ### **Responsibilities** * Technical study and analysis of projects. * Quantity surveying and budgeting related to prefabricated elements. * Preparation of technical-economic tenders. * Coordination with production and engineering departments. * Tender follow-up and client communication. ### **Requirements** * Technical education: **Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.** * Prior experience in estimation, **budgeting, and tendering** for projects in the **prefabricated construction elements sector**. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and construction processes. * Proficiency in measurement tools, CAD, REVIT, and estimating software. ### **What We Offer** * Stable project with opportunities for professional development. * Competitive terms based on experience provided.
