Job Summary: We are seeking a construction laborer to assist with daily tasks, including preparing and maintaining the work area, demolition, excavation, mixing materials, and supporting foundation and finishing work. Mixing concrete and mortar manually and with machinery We are looking for a construction laborer to assist with daily site tasks. Main duties will include supporting skilled workers in preparing and maintaining the work area, performing activities such as cutting materials, demolishing structures, scarping and backfilling terrain, drilling, installing cable conduits, compacting soil, manual excavation, and grading the terrain. You will also be required to mix concrete, mortar, plaster, gypsum, cement, and lime both manually and using machinery. Additionally, you will provide support in foundation work and in the installation of prefabricated elements, cladding, enclosures, tiling, flooring, and paving. A valid driver's license class B is required, and preferably at least 6 months of prior experience in a similar position. Candidates must reside in the municipality of Navia or its surrounding areas. The contract is permanent and full-time, with a weekly workload of 40 hours. Remuneration will comply with the Construction Collective Agreement.
