




Terrassa Language School is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to carry out administrative tasks with proficiency in the Office suite and a good level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be valued. FUNCTIONS: Customer and student service, telephone support and direct interaction with teaching staff, commercial information and management of the school's products, general administrative tasks. * 3 years’ experience. Demonstrable in administrative tasks. * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Outgoing person eager to join a strong team and capable of working collaboratively. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time (25 hours \- weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary 1250 * Other relevant information: Fixed schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
