Food Production Operator (Male or Female)

The staff will join an industrial production environment, where they will assume key responsibilities related to the handling and preparation of food products. Core duties will be carried out on the production line, strictly adhering to established protocols to ensure all processes meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that final products reach consumers under optimal conditions. The work environment is designed to be dynamic and collaborative, where teamwork and attention to detail are paramount values. In addition to line tasks, staff will actively participate in the order preparation phase, selecting and packaging products according to the specifications of each order. This process is critical to ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliveries, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the efficient operation of the logistics chain. Temporary contract with possibility of renewal. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night, with the option of a fixed night shift. Salary is determined in accordance with the applicable sectoral collective bargaining agreement. No prior experience is required; a positive and proactive attitude is valued, along with having a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace located in Sant Vicenç de Castellet—unless residing in the same municipality. Comprehensive training will be provided for integration into the team.
