




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the comprehensive management of facility maintenance, expense supervision, reporting, and technical team leadership in hypermarkets. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 2. Expense control and management of maintenance service providers. 3. Leadership of the maintenance team and analysis of budget variances. Your main responsibilities will be: * Ensure the proper operation of hypermarket facilities by managing preventive and corrective maintenance of the store (CMMS). * Maintain documentation for facilities and machinery. * Guarantee control over general expenses (e.g., electricity, water) as well as management of maintenance service providers (e.g., industrial refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection systems). * Prepare reports and hold meetings with store management to analyze budget variances, propose annual investment plans, and monitor assets. * Manage the maintenance staff roster for assigned stores (schedules, vacations, task assignments, etc.).
