**What will your day-to-day be like?**
We are seeking a Third-Class Electromechanic for our workshop located in Berga (Barcelona).
If you hold a medium or higher vocational qualification in electromechanics or automotive engineering, and are interested in working for our company, don’t hesitate to apply!
**Your responsibilities will include:**
Under the supervision of the workshop manager:
* Performing maintenance and repair tasks on our fleet of combustion, electric, hybrid and gas-powered buses.
* Diagnosing and resolving issues in advanced electrical and mechanical systems.
* Participating in the installation and maintenance of state-of-the-art systems such as high-voltage batteries and driving sensors.
* Collaborating with the technical team to implement process improvements.
**What do we offer?**
* **Contract type:** Permanent.
* **Working hours:** Full-time.
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. One weekend on-call shift per month.
* **Salary:** Approximately €1,365 gross per month + 3 extra payments + on-call allowance.

**What do we expect from you?**
* **Education:** Medium or higher vocational qualification in mechanics, electromechanics or related fields.
* **Experience:** Prior experience in electric or hybrid vehicle maintenance is desirable (not mandatory—we provide training!).
* **Interest in innovation:** Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
* **Attitude:** Proactivity, responsibility and teamwork.
* Holding a Class D (bus) driving licence will be considered favourably.
