Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial maintenance technician for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in Manlleu, involving progressive learning and active collaboration in workshop management. Continuous training and remuneration commensurate with experience Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery in Manlleu, including fault detection and resolution, equipment inspection, and basic facility maintenance. Actively collaborating in workshop management and organization, with progressive learning of departmental responsibilities. Basic training in maintenance, electromechanics, or related fields is required, along with prior experience in similar tasks. Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish is required. A driver's license and personal vehicle are preferred; office software skills are not mandatory. Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment. Initial standard working hours to facilitate learning, progressing to a concentrated shift schedule. Continuous training and remuneration aligned with experience and competencies. Basic training in maintenance, electromechanics, or related fields (preferred). Prior experience in maintenance tasks (preferred). Proficiency in comprehension and expression in Catalan and Spanish. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (preferred). Basic office software knowledge (preferred).
