We are seeking personnel to carry out assembly and fitting tasks in a modern industrial environment. Responsibilities include handling mechanical and electromechanical components, correctly adjusting them, and verifying assemblies before they proceed to the next production stages. Manual tools and specialized equipment are used; therefore, careful and responsible handling is essential. Maintaining a clean and orderly workplace is also part of daily duties, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where collaboration and order are essential. Precision and attention to detail are required to meet quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to participate in manufacturing technological products for sectors such as automotive, implying continuous learning about processes and components. Adapting to assigned shifts and maintaining a proactive attitude to integrate into teams is necessary. The contract is temporary, initially for one month and renewable up to a maximum of six months. The base salary is €16.23 gross per hour, with a night-shift premium of €3.23 gross per hour for night shifts. Shifts are fixed (morning, afternoon, or night), although they may vary according to production needs. Initial training and an onboarding support period are provided to facilitate adaptation. Working conditions comply with current labor regulations and sectoral collective agreements. A minimum of two years’ experience in industrial assembly, fitting, or production roles is required. Knowledge of manual tools and the ability to perform precision-oriented tasks are necessary. Prior experience in the automotive, electronics, or similar industrial sectors will be considered favorably. Candidates must be able to follow both written and verbal work instructions, as well as defined quality standards. We seek a responsible, task-committed individual with a team-oriented mindset. Availability to work across all assigned shifts—including morning, afternoon, and night—is mandatory.
