We are recruiting an Automation Software Engineer in Barcelona to perform the following responsibilities: * Review and optimize scripts and communications between machinery and server. * Ensure accurate transmission, logging, and traceability of production data. * Implement the solution across four assembly units (6–8 machines per unit). * Conduct testing, commissioning, and integration follow-up. * Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams. **What We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with early finish on Fridays. * Growth and continuous learning opportunities **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related field. * Experience in industrial automation and Industry 4.0. * Knowledge of M2M/M2S communications and script debugging. * Analytical ability, autonomy and production-oriented mindset. **Preferred** * Experience in automated manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of PLCs, MES, SCADA or industrial protocols. * Prior involvement in industrial digitalization projects.
