We are seeking personnel for the Maintenance Staff position at IEM Can Llobet and María Reverter. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks at both facilities during morning shifts on weekdays and weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Repair minor electrical, plumbing, masonry, and HVAC faults. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, equipment, and tools. * Identify potential incidents and take action to resolve them. * Carry out general conservation and maintenance work. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. REQUIREMENTS: * Training in pool maintenance. * Prior experience in maintenance or similar positions. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, masonry, and general maintenance. * Ability to diagnose and resolve minor faults. 20-hour workweek Work location: On-site employment
