Main responsibilities include administration and operation of both national and international transport routes across Europe. This encompasses coordinating pickups, supervising vehicle availability, and updating transport management systems to monitor timelines and costs. The position also involves real-time incident resolution and communication with customers and suppliers. Close collaboration will be maintained with warehouse, customs, and customer service departments to ensure efficient operational flow. A six-month temporary contract is offered, with potential for direct incorporation into the company. Annual gross remuneration ranges between €27,000 and €28,000, including a weekly allowance for on-call telephone duties and email supervision. Working hours are flexible, with rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., scheduled in advance. A vocational training qualification in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or Operational Administration is desirable, as well as B2-level English proficiency and prior experience in logistics management.
