This production operator position is fundamental within the manufacturing process, ensuring that production lines operate smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities center on organizing and supervising daily workflow. The candidate will be responsible for organizing and tracking assigned work orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established sequences. This includes meticulous preparation and verification of all required materials and supplies prior to the start of each production task, to prevent interruptions and delays. An important aspect of the role is proactively resolving minor incidents that may arise on the line, applying practical knowledge to maintain continuity. For situations exceeding their scope, effective coordination and clear communication with supervisors or relevant department heads are required. Additionally, the operator will support general daily work organization and may coordinate activities of a small team comprising one or two colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment. Strict compliance with all established procedures—especially those concerning quality, industrial safety, and production protocols—is an absolute, non-negotiable priority to ensure product integrity and the well-being of all personnel. Working hours are from Monday to Friday under a rotating shift system covering the time slots 6–14 and 14–22. The salary is set at 13.51 euros gross per hour, including payment for vacation days. The employment contract is renewable on a monthly or biweekly basis, as agreed. A minimum of two years’ prior experience in a production environment is required, preferably within the food industry. A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude is essential for integration into the team. Primary education or equivalent is preferred. The candidate must have their own vehicle to ensure necessary mobility.
