Document management * Organize and optimize the Electronics department’s SharePoint site. * Structure repositories for technical information, contracts, and RFQs. * Propose improvements to digital information management. 5. Supplier and industrial partner coordination * Support RFQ management toward EMS providers. * Communicate with and track suppliers to collect technical and commercial information. * Handle administrative coordination for contract signing with EMS/OEMs. * Support documentation traceability for agreements and commercial terms. **Required Profile** Education * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Training in data management or supply chain is valued. Others: Possibility of signing an agreement with university/educational institution Technical Competencies * Basic knowledge of electronic components and BOM structures. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management tools. * High-level English is mandatory (minimum C1 level, given the international context).
