Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Architect to combine office-based work with on-site project monitoring, ensuring quality control, adherence to schedules, and coordination of integrated projects. We seek to incorporate a Junior Technical Architect into our team. This position combines office work (planning, design, and technical management) with on-site monitoring, actively contributing to quality control, schedule adherence, and coordination with various teams. Main Responsibilities: * Planning and coordination of projects and construction works. * On-site supervision and execution control. * Preparation of budgets, measurements, and certifications. * Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. * Preparation of technical documentation and incident management. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture / Bachelor’s in Building Construction or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (technical office or construction execution). * Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Excel, and budgeting software. * Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory). * Professional-level English proficiency. * Problem-solving profile, organized, and capable of teamwork.
