Key Responsibilities: * Execution of general building projects and logistics projects. * Management of non-residential basic and executive projects. * Design and calculation for architectural disciplines. * Preparation of measurements and budgets. * Management of official approvals for projects. * Ensuring compliance with project phases, specifications, and quality standards. * BIM modeling for the architectural discipline, based on requirements. Required Experience: * Minimum 3 years’ experience executing similar projects. Requirements: * Proven experience developing projects. Prior experience in logistics, offices, and industrial buildings is desirable. * Education: Architecture degree. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD and BIM software is desirable. * Advanced level of English.
