We are currently seeking an **Electromechanical Assembly and Commissioning Technician** to join the Production / After-Sales Service Department of one of our clients. The selected candidate will play a fundamental role in the manufacturing and delivery process of cutting-edge machinery, ensuring its optimal performance and our customers’ satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Mechanical and Electrical Assembly:** Carry out the full assembly of industrial machinery designed and manufactured by the company, interpreting and applying mechanical and electrical drawings (SolidWorks). * **Adjustments and Internal Verification:** Collaborate closely with the programming team to perform fine-tuning, calibration, and internal verification, ensuring perfect synchronization between mechanical and electrical components. * **Diagnosis and Problem Solving:** Identify and diagnose basic issues arising during the assembly phase, proposing and implementing effective solutions. * **External Commissioning:** Travel to our clients’ facilities, both nationally and internationally, to execute machinery commissioning, ensuring correct operation within the client’s operational environment. * **Technical Support:** Provide post-installation technical support and assistance, resolving queries and optimizing machinery performance. * **Documentation and Tracking:** Maintain detailed records of assembly, commissioning, and technical support activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. **We Offer:** * Join a growing company with challenging, large-scale projects. * Opportunity for professional development and continuous learning. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and value. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. REQUIREMENTS **Essential Requirements:** * Vocational Training (FP) in Machining, Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, covering industrial machinery assembly and commissioning. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, with knowledge of SolidWorks. * Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, electronics, and mechanics. * Experience in diagnosing and resolving equipment failures. * Willingness to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred). * Technical English proficiency (positively considered). * Proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong learning capacity and good communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the industrial machinery sector. * Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and SCADA systems. * Additional training in related areas.
