The main responsibilities will be: Workshop Planning Adapt pace and content according to group level and needs. Facilitation of Sessions Encourage active participation and interaction among participants Maintain a motivating, safe, and inclusive environment. We offer: Permanent employment contract Part-time morning schedule (1\.5 hours \- weekly workload) Location: Casal Els Roures, Polinyà. Schedule: Wednesdays, 5:00–6:30 PM Salary: (€38 gross/hour with employment contract; €43 gross/hour with invoice) **Profile:** Requirements: 1 year of experience Ability to self-organize Preparation of own materials Preferred qualifications: Catalan language proficiency at Level C. Driver’s license and personal vehicle.
