Ref. 153280 PR PROMAN (Vic) Vic, Osona Shift work (8:00 – 17:00, 1 hour for lunch) Company 21/07/2026 Job Description PROMAN PERSONAS is seeking a Finished Products Section Manager for a leading company in the metalworking industrial sector located in Vic, to coordinate material flow, production order planning, and daily shipments, as well as manage the operational team (morning and afternoon shifts). The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery and continuous process improvement, interacting with the Quality, Technical Office, and other production departments. This position reports directly to the company-wide Production Manager. Key responsibilities include: Production Planning and Monitoring: * Planning orders at workstations to meet delivery deadlines. * Tracking orders until closure. * Planning and monitoring prototypes. Order and Material Management: * Printing labels for various production orders. * Registering material location in the system and distributing it across authorized zones. * Registering plates in the system and across different pallets. Shipments and Transportation: * Preparing daily shipment delivery notes (waybills). * Planning transporters’ routes. * Managing external shipments (delivery notes and transport requests) and repairs. Quality and Incident Handling: * Resolving incidents in coordination with other departments (Quality, Technical Office, Sales). * Proposing improvements to Quality and Technical Office. Team and People Management: * Managing the workforce (morning and afternoon shifts) and associated transportation. * Participating in joint interviews with HR for personnel selection. * Conducting periodic performance evaluations of operators.
