MIM GRUP, an industrial maintenance company integrated into the intralogistics sector (Industry 4.0 / automated warehouses), is seeking industrial maintenance/lubrication technicians to manage, ensure, and preserve our client’s production and machinery through predictive and preventive maintenance. • Mechanical work. • Machinery lubrication. • Predictive and preventive maintenance: companies can schedule repairs in advance, minimizing downtime and optimizing resources. • Fault detection. • On-site work at the client’s premises. * Minimum 2 years of experience. • Electrical or maintenance training is highly valued. • At least 2 years of prior experience in mechanical maintenance. * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / knowledge: • Ability to work autonomously • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills with clients * Personal vehicle required * Driving license: B+E * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1800' to '2000' * Additional information of interest: • Own vehicle required • Job stability + internal career progression • Annual training plan • Work schedule from Monday to Sunday (in accordance with statutory periods) • Shifts assigned according to client needs.
