Our core values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in: * Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and implementation of solutions on platforms such as UiPath and BPMS. * Advanced knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, and database platforms on Azure. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and training of Large Language Models (LLMs). * Prior experience in banking or insurance projects will be highly valued. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams. * Proven experience in .NET development is mandatory. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **RPA and BPM Automation:** Design, implement, and optimize automated processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs using UiPath and other market tools. * **Database Management:** Implement and manage database solutions on Microsoft Azure, optimizing data architecture and ensuring efficient integration with developed applications. * **Artificial Intelligence Integration:** Develop applications incorporating AI, train and apply Machine Learning (ML) models, and leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate processes and enhance user experience. * **Technical Consulting and Strategy:** Provide expert guidance in implementing advanced technological solutions for process automation and optimization—particularly in banking and insurance sectors. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to identify and address key needs, transforming manual processes into automated solutions. * **Contribute to Low\-Code/No\-Code Solution Development:** Create and manage innovative solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), tailored to our clients’ requirements. We’d love it if you’re also comfortable with **English.** **Additionally, we’ll highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and development of no-code or low-code automation solutions. * UiPath certifications. * Azure certification and knowledge of cloud-based architectures. * Experience with emerging AI and Machine Learning technologies. * Familiarity with Data Science tools and data modeling techniques. * Experience with agile development methodologies.
