We invite you to join this mission as a **BASIC GRADE D PASTRY INSTRUCTOR** at our inclusive training center. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and deliver the training curriculum in accordance with current legislation, ensuring its suitability to learners’ needs. * Motivate learners and foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages active participation. * Participate in internal center coordination, attending scheduled faculty meetings as well as other sessions (e.g., evaluation, follow-up, pedagogical coordination…). * Develop and implement academic innovation processes within your field (e.g., project-based learning, gamification, active methodologies…). * Actively participate in working groups aimed at improving processes at the Vocational Training Center and integrating it with other departments. * Promote values and competencies among learners that support their professional and personal development. * Collaborate with the guidance department, incorporating intervention proposals and learner support into daily practice. * **What We Offer:** * Part-time afternoon schedule (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) * Incorporation in September 2026. * Location: Vicálvaro. * 18 teaching hours contract. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Hospitality. * Master’s Degree in Teacher Training. * Desirable: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Media) or Specialization in Pastry and Bakery, or complementary training. * Two years of experience in the productive sector. * One year of teaching experience.
