You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a team of **14 Data DevSecOps Architects**, acting as the liaison between the Engagement Technical Lead, architects, various entities, and involved technology teams. Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating team activities, distributing workloads and resources according to priorities, capacity, and business needs. * Tracking objectives, deliverables, and commitments, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential blockers. * Coordinating relationships with various entities and countries, ensuring consistent service delivery and tracking their needs and new requests. * Ensuring compliance with **reference architectures and corporate standards**, coordinating reviews and tracking deviations and architectural risks. * Collaborating on **demand management, capacity planning, and prioritization** of initiatives with architectural impact. * Promoting the adoption of best practices in **Data Architecture, DataOps, and DevSecOps**, as well as disseminating standards and continuously improving service quality. * Coordinating the team’s participation in initiatives with vendors and partners, ensuring alignment of their proposals with corporate standards. **Requirements** **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * More than **8 years of experience** in Data, Analytics, or Technology Platform environments, and at least **5 years coordinating technical or multidisciplinary teams**. * Experience in **demand management, planning, and coordination of multiple stakeholders** in complex, distributed, or multinational environments. * Solid knowledge of **Data Architecture, Data Platforms, Data Engineering, and corporate analytics ecosystems**. * Knowledge of **DataOps and DevSecOps**, Data Governance, security, observability, and platform monitoring. * Familiarity with **Cloud environments**, especially AWS, and with demand and technology portfolio management. * Ability to lead and coordinate teams, manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. * Experience working with Agile methodologies and management tools such as **Jira and Confluence**. * English proficiency at **C1 level**, to participate in meetings and coordinate with international teams.
