Job Summary: Prosegur is seeking an intern for its Global Compensation and Benefits department, supporting reporting processes, report preparation, and organizational maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. DESCRIPTION Prosegur is looking for a candidate to join our Global Compensation and Benefits department located at our Madrid headquarters, working under a hybrid model that combines remote work with office attendance. The intern will collaborate on various departmental processes, including: data consolidation for reporting, preparing reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, maintaining organizational charts, tracking job leveling and global organizational units, etc. **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will learn and provide support to the department in the following functions: Organization: Validation of organizational data across different systems * Support in preparing organizational charts * Monitoring data quality and validating with local teams. * HR Controlling: Consolidation of monthly closing data (headcount and salary data) * Preparation of departmental reports * Assisting in report generation, salary cost analysis, budget controls, consolidations, etc. * Analysis of data reflected in the corporate dashboard (Power BI) * Additionally, you will support the preparation of other departmental presentations. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** We seek committed individuals with strong attention to detail, the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, responsibility in handling confidential information, and eagerness to learn in a challenging environment such as Prosegur. Additionally, * University degree, preferably related to Human Resources * Minimum experience (3 months) in an HR department, preferably in Compensation and Benefits, is valued * Advanced Excel skills and intermediate PowerPoint proficiency * Intermediate English level **What do we offer?** * On-the-job training and learning * Full-time internship (Monday–Thursday: 9:00–17:00; Friday: until 15:00.
