Your Mission You will be responsible for managing, developing, and profitably growing your geographic area by designing and implementing the commercial strategy and building lasting relationships with local partners and distributors. Your Responsibilities: * Analyze your geographic area considering macroeconomic, sociodemographic, and regulatory criteria to define priority markets. * Design the market-entry strategy for each country and present it in a robust, results-oriented Business Plan. * Implement the approved plan and manage the area’s budget. * Conduct prospecting and selection of potential distributors, leading the negotiation and implementation process. * Fully manage operational accounts in the region to ensure profitability. * Define and implement Trade Marketing and Advertising initiatives with customers and distributors, coordinating with International Marketing and local collaborators. * Represent the company before regional institutions and stakeholders. * Ensure documentation and timely updates of all commercial activities in internal tools. * Drive improvements, standardizations, and best practices to increase efficiency and service quality. * Manage assigned clients across different countries and their corresponding budgets. Requirements Mandatory * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. * English and French at C1 level. * Solid knowledge of international trade. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar positions. * Strong goal orientation, autonomy, and excellent communication skills. * Ability to manage clients in multicultural environments with support from local partners. * Willingness to travel 30%–40% of the time. Desirable * Prior experience managing international clients. * Knowledge of additional languages.
