At Destinus, we are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Warehouse Assistant for morning or afternoon shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth workshop operations and managing procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and solid knowledge of strategic procurement practices. **Responsibilities** * Receive orders in the warehouse and place them in designated locations. * Organize and store products in the warehouse. * Record orders in the ERP system: deliveries, dispatches to production and/or other group entities. Inventory management. * Communicate with the purchasing, engineering, and production departments to ensure proper warehouse usage and stock control. * Report potential delivery issues to the Purchasing Department (e.g., pending customs payments, missing documentation, etc.). * Implement occupational health and safety practices. **Requirements** * Experience operating a reach truck. Possession of the certificate alone is insufficient. * Demonstrated organizational and communication skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented, methodical, and orderly. * Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), particularly its warehouse modules, is desirable.
