Key Responsibilities Translate user requirements into functional technical designs. COBOL and JCL programming, including unit and integration testing. User support and guidance during UAT phases. Technical leadership and supervision of small development teams. Requirements Proven experience as a Programmer Analyst in Mainframe environments (COBOL and JCL). Ability to conduct detailed technical analysis. Experience or strong interest in the Banking Sector. Proactive profile with interpersonal coordination skills.
